invitation code

now i have wordpress with woocommerce with multi vendor store, and using woocommerce subscription to let vendors pay me fees for signup and create stores, add products..etc
and i need know if i can use your plugin to let vendors refer etch other and make money from referral, so when vendor create account he take referral code automatically to promote it and when other vendor use referral code he take something like discount or welcome credit and the referral code owner take a commutation in his account and the tow both can use this this credit to renew account “purchase package with woocommerce” or payout with bank transfer.
it’s something like Uber invitation code but specific for membership
