Inventory push not working

I have my product system of record set to Woo. Sync from Square to Woo works fine. Woo to Square does not. This is causing horrible issues with sales on my website as Square keeps overwriting the correct stock levels and then Woo is wrong (which is a problem as I use the eBay plugin and then stock I do not have to being pushed to eBay).
When I look at any product in Woo, in the inventory area the Manage Stock option is ticked with Synced to Square, even though I have set Woo as the system of record. I believe this is what is causing the issue, but I am unable to stop it from being ticked. As a result, I am also unable to change stock levels in Woo as the Stock Quantity box is greyed out and I only have the link option “Fetch stock from Square” (which works).
How can I get back control of inventory to Woo with only sales in the shop / square being updated back into Woo?

Hi @revelationsky. With WooCommerce as System of Record, the inventory should be pulled from WooCommerce to Square. Sales made using your POS are used to update the inventory in WooCommerce every hour. Would you please share a screenshot of your settings from WooCommerce > Settings > Square? You can use https://snipboard.io to upload a screenshot and share the link in your reply.
Also, please share your system report with us. You can find it by going to WooCommerce > Status > Get system report and then click Copy for support to be able to paste it.
Hi. Sorry for delayed response, I was waiting for some sales to come through so I can show what is happening. Here are my settings in Woo for Square.

As you can see, Woo decremented the Black Resin qty by one, but it still shows as 2 in the product details… which is what is showing in Square POS. It would appear that as soon as Woo decrements the product count, Square changes it back.
Also, I have found that if I actually go to the product and manually click the link “fetch stock from square” it pulls in the wrong value, but I can then update the stock qty and click update and the stock quantity then goes into Square correctly.
