Invalid Username

I cannot log in to my blog *at all*. I tried using the phpadmin tip that was given to another user, changing my admin password etc, deleting cookies, etc. No luck on anything. The problem is that I have not used the site for a while and very cleverly didn’t have the passwords written down.

I have a feeling I will simply have to save the layout and delete this db and install another one, but is there any way I can avoid doing that?
