"Invalid Shipping State"

Hello,
I’ve been testing my website and noticed at the checkout, a customer cannot place an order because of an “invalid shipping address” which should be valid. When a customer tries checking out using paypal, they get an “invalid shipping state” error.

I just wanted to let you know that I am currently attempting to replicate your issue so that I can try to help you.

At what point in the checkout does the error occur?
When I am on the checkout page. I fill out my name, address, email, phone #. Then at the bottom, i click the little check box next to pay pal, accept the terms and conditions and press “place order.” Once i press “place order”, the checkout page refreshes and has a red box that appears at the top and says “invalid shipping state”. I’m not sure what is causing the error but i think it’s been like this for about 3 weeks…which means we haven’t had anyone buy from our website in three weeks. That’s when I started digging and making sure everything was working correctly.
I am happy to take screen shots and send them to you if you like. Any help is greatly appreciated. thank you.
You can also go to dickeybub.net and put an item in your cart and try to checkout. We only sell clothing and footwear items online, so just pick something out of those categories. You will see the error on the checkout page.
It also throws out the same error when I try checking out using Authorize.net. I know i need to update jigoshop to version 1.9.3.1….so i’m not sure if that has something to do with it?
I fixed it! I just wanted to let you know that i went ahead and made the update i needed for jigoshop (1.9.3.1) and now it works…apparently whatever version 1.9.3.1 had updated fixed the problem. I can now go in and checkout without a problem. I’m sorry for all the troubles but am relieved i have fixed the problem.
I will update this feed and let you know if I have problems again.
