Your redirect URI should look something like this:
https://programmer.jasonhendriks.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=postman
Including the ?page=postman at the end.

Just to confirm, I want to click on the “Create New Client ID” in the OAuth section and NOT the Public API access, correct?
Oh. No. An IP address won’t work. It’s possible for several domain names to share the same IP address and that’s a security risk. You must use a domain name.
If this is a local environment, just make up a domain and put it in your /etc/hosts file.
