Invalid Key

I’m installing the certificate on Mediatemple.

It is supposed to be very straightforward:
This are the fields:

1.- Key
Note: Leave this blank if you generated your CSR through this interface.

2.- Certificate *

3.- CA/Chain Certificate
Only required if given to you by the company who issued your certificate.

And I get:

Error
The Key is invalid.
