'Invalid billing state' error

    Hi there, I’m having some issues relating to the premium shipping plugin:
    1. This is a massive one for me, many of my customers are reporting that they’re unable to place an order due an “invalid billing state” error.
    I have not been able to figure out whether this is browser related, or payment method related.
    Has anyone experienced this and was able to resolve?
