Intranet – two user groups

Hi every one. I’m making a intranet web using WordPress and I’m supposed to make one site but two different user groups. The thing is that one user group isn’t supposed to have access to all information on the site.
My boss wants to be able to add information and before he posts it he wants to be able to choose which group will see it, group A or group B. I guess that requires two different paths of the site maybe like intranet.com and intranet.com/sales… or…how to do?
Does anyone have an idea?
