It’s an internal tool to use among team members that working with candidates.
Once a candidate has submitted an application for a job, go to Applications.
Edit the specific applicant and if you have configured this in settings…you will have the ability to make comments, set a date that the interview occurred
and rate the interview. This can now be added to by another recruiter or hiring manager.
You can also email a link to that specific applicant from the back end to another hiring manager or recruiter.
