Internet explorer RAGE

Hi as per usual i have an issue with IE8 running my site im sure its probably my fault but it doesnt seem to display the top 300×250 advert my site is here it works fine in Firefox etc… here is my code from my theme, ive tried the themes forum but no luck yet….any help greatly appreciated
