Internet Explorer not co-operating

Hello – On my website http://festivalnet.co.uk/ ive customised a front page featured plugin called http://www.featuredcontentgallery.com/ ive managed to add some thumbnails of the latest posts to display below the main image which works lovely in all browsers except IE is there anyway i can add a fix to the CSS to get it to work….?
