So, you can test at devsite.hmana.org and see that when running IE8 (truly running it, not IE9/10 in developer tools) no page will load while the WP Job Manager plug-in is active.

Initial troubleshooting pointed at javascript and I confirmed that if I disabled scripting in the browser the page would load.

I narrowed in on WP Job Manager by disabling every plug-in and re-enabling 1 by 1 and testing. Having located and confirmed each time the plug-in is enabled NO PAGE on the site will load properly I disabled in the production site (www.hmana.org). Immediately the problem was resolved and the pages would all load.

Hoping there might be some quick pointers to look at so I can track this down. If not I will try and dig into it or I will look at another job plug-in if I can’t find time.

Thank you for any assistance you might be able to offer. I did not see any issues posted for this although I did note that some IE8 fixes were included in a prior version (I am running the latest plug-in version).

    Mike,

I do. There have always been errors and some of them are theme related and occur even in the theme authors demo site. I am trying to figure out if any of the errors are different between the two sites to try and locate the problem.

On the old laptop that I have IE8 on I can’t even debug as it crashes the browser. Using IE10 on my machine and putting it in IE8 mode I can get a better idea. I will have to look through things carefully to see what I can find that is different.

Coding is not my strong suit 🙂

    Thanks for help so far!

Let me know any error output you find, perhaps with default themes enabled too so we can narrow down *just* the errors caused by JM.

I don’t have access to IE right now so let me know. Usually its just a missing ; or comma somewhere.
