Internationlised Proffessional 3 column theme

I am looking for a professional designed theme which has already been internationalised so we can use the Language Switch plugin.

Our current site is http://www.crucifixionandcross.com/ which uses a paid theme of palnila which is not fully internationlised.

We have attempted to do this but are getting nowhere so are looking for a theme that this has already been done.

May also been looking for a second theme for a different web site.
