International Shipping problem

Dear WooCommerce support,
I have a problem where I’ve been spending too much time on already. I’m using flatrate shipping in 3 shipping zones. One for the Netherlands, and then two others. In these zones I only use one shipping method. Somehow WooCommerce adds another one on the Cart page saying ‘Flat Rate not assigned (free)’. Where does this come from? I can’t find it anywhere in the backend.
