Internal Server Error 500

For three days I have been battling with Error 500 on my blog. I have done the following below.

• Deactivated plugins – still getting the error
• Increased memory size in wp-config
• Went through error logs and no clue as to what is causing the error
• Changed theme file
• Changed permalinks
• Contacted host

The host is blaming the php – and since they don’t offer wordpress support, they are limited on what they can do and not do.
