Interface Theme, cannot display "blog image medium" template

Please give me a suggestion about a problem I am having. I am using the free version of Themehorse Interface and I am trying to display my blog page with the medium image template. I have tried troubleshooting by:

• un-activiting all plugins, did not help
• deleting the theme and reinstalling it, did not help
• deleting the blog post page and recreating it and assigning the medium image template, dod not help
• cleaned my browser cache and tried it in Firefox and Chrome, same issue, no different results

You will also notice that on my site, the blue bar close to the top of the page is missing. This blue bar contains the page or post title. Any help will be appreciated.
