    Hi there,

    When trying to submit a form on this page, you receive an error x message (in red). After troubleshooting, I have discovered this is likely due to the WooCommerce Square plugin currently installed on the site.

    I have deactivated this plugin for now, but ideally need to find a solution for this in the coming days. I’m happy to temporarily re-activate this plugin as needed for testing.

    Are you able to help at all? Elementor have advised that they are unable to help and that I should contact you instead.

    Integration issue with Elementor forms

    I understand you are trying to troubleshoot an error message.

    To get an idea of how your site is configured, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via ‘WooCommerce > Status’. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Furthermore, can you please share a screenshot of what you see at that error x message (in red) screen? That will help us understand the issue. Here’s how to make a screenshot:

    Thanks for providing the requested information above.

    It looks like a third-party plugin or your theme might be causing the conflict here.

    For us to investigate this further, can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

    If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

    If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

    If this did not resolve the issue, please provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

    Hello!

    Thank you for getting back to me!

    I activated the Storefront theme but kept all plugins active – and it worked! Strangely enough, it’s now also working on the previous theme I was using (Hello Elementor!).

    I did deactivate WPVivid + BackWPup earlier today, as I have changed backup plugins – maybe one of them was causing the issue?

    Thank you again – I’ll reopen if anything changes but otherwise this should now be resolved.
