Yes. In several ways.
Basically you have to include The_Loop in your site. (from this link you’ll find a lot of related excelent info)

Edit. Or, you can use your own WP feeds to display posts on your existing site.

Hello All
I have finely out how to integrate my website with WordPress
This tutorial: http://www.transycan.net/blogtest/2005/07/05/integrate/ isn’t even flinched!, which did not help.
But now I have some problems
Here is the blog: http://www.everyparent.co.nz/rebuild/blog/ I have set-up for the client
When I click on “Uncategorized� or “December 2005� or “1 Comment »� etc… it brings up the default design & not my design.
Any ideas where I have Gone wrong?
