Install.php coming up blank

I am using easyphp as my beta on my computer. I followed all the steps that were needed for the wp-config.php file for 3.0. I go to launch 127.0.0.1/blog/wp-admin/install.php. It takes about 2 minutes then the screen goes blank. The file is there… Php is running, I installed a forum already. What could be the problem???
