Installing plug-ins under theme section

    Hello, I am a fairly new WP user and I was installing plug-ins tonight and I did not realize I was under the theme section, and now the plug-ins are showing as broken themes. Is there a way to remove those plug-ins/broken themes as when I tried to install them under the plug-in section I got an error message that the installation faild as they already existed. What do I need to do?

    FTP into your site (or use whatever file management application your host provides) and delete the plugin folders from wp-content/themes.
