installing from dreamweaver

I am trying to install my site from dreamweaver. I have uploaded all of the files but am getting “error establishing database connection”. The tutorial I was following told me to change the information on the ConnEvents.php but that does not exist in the version I downloaded.

Can anyone help me establish the connection using dreamweaver?
