Installing a new theme

    I was following Tyler Moore’s video on YouTube on how to make a Worpress site using the Responsive theme. After going through it I dedcided that Responsive wasn’t the right theme for me, so I downloaded and installed Colourlabs free Lensa theme. After the installation, it has applied the new theme to my website but it has locked me out of the WP dashboard and all I see is a blank page. The URL seems to indicate that that it should take me to a new Colourlabs dashbboard to be able to work on their theme, but I am locked out of that as well and only get a blank page. Any thoughts?

    Sounds like that theme crashed the site – there is no other Dashboard.

    You’ll have to use FTP or Cpanel access to deactivate or delete the theme – ask your hosting company how to do that if you don’t know. Once you’ve gotten to your files on the server, find the theme here:

    wp-content
     themes
        lensa - RENAME OR DELETE THIS FOLDER

    That should let you login again. If you still want to use the theme, you’ll need to ask Colourlabs for help, as these forums only support themes from this site – here:
