INstallation problems

    Hi there

    I have followed the instructions to upload wordpress to my website – putting it into the www root folder/account.

    I get the manually configure page for the database set up etc. so after filling in the details i get the following error message :

    The website encountered an error while retrieving http://freerecruitmentreports.com.au/wp-admin/setup-config.php?step=2. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

    Can anyone help out with this please? I was getting php errors so uninstalled and reinstalled wordpress and now get the above error. My hosting company has already told me they have upped the php memory limit from 8Mb to 128Mb

    ok update is I have uploaded the config file as instructed to do so and now when i point to the website I get PHP Warning: require_once() [function.require-once]: Unable to access E:\USERS\blannhost\www/wp-includes/wp-db.php in E:\USERS\blannhost\www\wp-includes\load.php on line 329 PHP Warning: require_once(E:\USERS\blannhost\www/wp-includes/wp-db.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: Result too large in E:\USERS\blannhost\www\wp-includes\load.php on line 329 PHP Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘E:\USERS\blannhost\www/wp-includes/wp-db.php’ (include_path=’.;c:\php5′) in E:\USERS\blannhost\www\wp-includes\load.php on line 329

    Can anyone decipher or explain what this is and How i get it fixed?

    Not 100% here, but it’s saying the result is too large for one of the errors. It’s possible that they haven’t upped your memory, i’d check into that. Other then that i’m not really sure sorry.

    I went into my php.ini file and upped the memory allowance and it worked – so will need to get my hosting company to change it their end as I have the feeling it will revert once I log out!

    Can’t get through basic configuration. I click on Mobile and then on Mobile for business. It says it’s analyzing my site and then goes back to the screen where you select mobile for business, for blog, or for business and blog. This is as far as I can get. I’m using WordPress 3.5.2.
