Hi I am setting up this plugin on a test site, and encountered errors when activating opentickets. Firefox said:

    The page isn’t redirecting properly

Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies.

Woocommerce is installed and everything is normal otherwise.
Anyway the opentickets installation would not complete until I disabled the wordpress-https plugin. I am not sure which plugin is at fault, but they cannot both be activated or the site locks up with the redirect error. For the moment I am deactivating wordpress-https but hoping for a better solution. Thanks guys.

First, apologies for late reply. We’ve changed our support systems and added some people and we’re going to be on this forum more often, at least weekly.

If you are still having this issue, we have a couple suggestions. If you have an SSL certificate, we’ve used this on sites with ‘Really Simple SSL’ and the iThemes Security settings to ‘SSL Front End’ and both work fine. We also work fine with .htaccess enforcing https .

Our own OpenTickets.com website is https everywhere.

It might have to do with the method that wordpress-https uses to force SSL.

Let us know if this is resolved I’ll leave this open. Thank you for using OPenTickets…
