I have installed WordPress numerous times and never had a problem. However, I installed it on a site earlier today and now I am beating my head against the wall. Actually, that isn’t correct. I haven’t even installed it yet and I am already beating my head against the wall……
Here is the problem. When I open WordPress to install, I get the install page but at the top of the page, I get this error message

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /data/www/perl/wildcraft/Blog/wp-config.php:33) in /data/www/perl/wildcraft/Blog/wp-admin/install.php on line 12
I am installing this on an osCommerce site. I don’t think that will make a difference but I did want to mention it.
Can somebody tell me what is causing this?

…could have searched for this and found the answer easily.

line breaks, spaces or visible/invisible (hidden) characters after the closing ?> in the wp-config.php

Thanks, I copied the config file and made sure not to have a line break….Now it works fine.
