i have uploaded the theme folder into
wp-content/themes
That’s a good first step but you need to enable them in the network for them to show up.
Visit http://your-network-blog-url/wp-admin/network/themes.php and select Network Enable for those themes. They should be selectable in the sites after that.

Huh. Are you logged into the main blog on your multisite network?
In the toolbar on the top left you should see a drop down menu called ‘My Sites’. If you mouse over that menu item, does Network Admin show up? If yes then head to that Network Admin -> Dashboard. After that you should see a themes menu on the left.
Are you logged in as the SUPERADMIN of your network, as well.

I add a new site to my multi site and my problem is I can’t install a themes and plugins to my new site.
