Hi!

I am trying to start my WordPress blog at phpnet ( http://elpecharroman.phpnet.us/blog ) but… it doesn’t work! When I run the install.php ( http://elpecharroman.phpnet.us/blog/wp-admin/install.php ), WordPress says me ï»¿
What can it be?

Contact your hosting company and ask them to investigate and see what they say.

I see you got it working but you are always going to have problems with the host inserting banners and pop ups.
