install error with 1and1: install.php error, line 4

I have uploaded wordpress onto my 1and1 server and when I try to go to http://www.applyblog.com/wp-admin/install.php I get the folowing error. I tried deleting the WP files and uploading them but this did not work.

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘../wp-includes/functions.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/lib/php’) in /homepages/6/d209024469/htdocs/wp-admin/install.php on line 4
