Inserting the random number generator shortcode properly

The plugin is poorly written, short code handlers should not echo content. Content should be accumulated into a variable. The variable is then returned from the handler function. do_shortcode() (which called the handler) will echo out the returned value.

You should go ahead and hack up a working version to use until the repo version can be corrected.
