"Insert/edit link" button not working after 4.0 upgrade.

    Hi,

    I’m a Godaddy user so, from what I can see, returning to 3.9 isn’t an option. It just forces you to update.

    I deactivated ALL plugins and flushed the cache to no avail. The button is there, it is just “greyed out” when the text I want to link to is highlighted. The REMOVE LINK button is also “greyed out”.
