Insert woothemes button doesen' work

    Hello
    I write again since I didn’t resolve my problem, I have WP 3.8.1 and last WooCommerce, and in any page or post I don’t have any button in Insert Wootheme shortcode. When I press icon “Insert wootheme shortcode” and I want to choose button I don’t have popup window where I can choose size color etc. Yes, I can add manually but this is some problem or with my WP or plugin.
    Any HELP please.
