    Hi,

    I installed this plugin a few days ago because Woocommerce’s own will not let customers pay with debit or credit cards, but since I installed this one phone numbers are not being saved to the order (which is very important) and users for each order are not being generated as before.

    Payment is being received so that works well, but I need that phone number. I enabled the option so Paypal would not change shipping address but it seems like it’s not being sent.

    How can I fix it? I really don’t want to change plugins again.

    Hi @lupach,

    Please try setting the phone number as a required field in your PayPal business account.
    Login to your business account and go to Account Settings > Website payments > Website preferences. From that page, you can set the contact number as a required field.

    Regarding the user account, can you please let us know if this issue is only occurring with the orders that are placed using the plugin?
