    Hi,

    I would like to not show information form for users that do not pass a quiz, just give them chance to restart the quiz and keep doing until they will pass. How can I do this?

    I have integrations with MailChimp and I would like to send automated letters from MailChimp after passing the quiz.

    Hi @dasher0074,

    Thank you for the topic.

    Regarding the first point, you can go to the Quizzes > particular quiz > User Data tab > Information form option and take your preferred custom fields (for instance, email and name) from the Available Fields and insert them into the Active Fields.

    Then, you can untick the Show Information Form to logged-in users option (Quizzes > particular quiz > User Data tab). By this, the Information Form will not be displayed for the logged-in users.

    Please note, that the Information Form will still be available for the guests.

    Regarding the second point, due to this Integration, only your users’ email addresses are being added to the MailChimp list.
    Regarding the email sending process, you can try to regulate it from your MailChimp account.

    Hi again, it’s not exactly what I want, doesn’t help me.

    My problem is that I have set up an information form after the quiz, and I want to collect emails and names from people that just pass the quiz.

    At the moment, the plugin doesn’t have this kind of functionality.
    By the way, thank you very much for your suggestion.
    All suggestions are welcomed, as they are mutually beneficial for all of us and we will surely take them into consideration.

    We will let you know in case we make some changes and add this kind of functionality in one of the future updates.

    Thank you for reply. Maybe would it be possible that the user after selecting the wrong answer would display the button “restart” and not redirect to the end of the quiz as is now?

    So how can I send separate emails to people that pass the quiz and do not pass the quiz via MailChimp?

    Thank you for your response.

    In case you want to send emails to the user if they have passed the minimum score required, you can go to the Quizzes > particular quiz > Results Settings tab > Pass Score (%) option and set the minimum score to pass the quiz.

    Then, you can go to the Quizzes > particular quiz > Email&Certificate tab, enable the Send email to user option, and tick the Pass score (%) option.
    By this, the user will receive the email only if he/she has passed the minimum score required.
