Hi @wilky76,
The form iframe content is crashing for some reason: https://www.associazionevittimefinasteride.org/Dona%20ora/donation-form?giveDonationFormInIframe=1
The “There has been a critical error on your website” message is a WordPress system-generated error message that means something has caused a PHP fatal error. Whenever you see that message, it means that a more detailed error log has been sent to the main admin email address (which you can configure at Settings > General in the main WordPress settings).
Pass along any error messages you are getting, and we’ll be able to help.
See https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/
Thanks!
I also ran into this issue. There is a trailing comma on line 77 of give/src/Views/Form/Templates/Sequoia/Actions.php. Removing the comma fixes the error.
Hi @matthewnie,
Just wanted to give you a heads up that we discovered an issue today that prevents the multi-step form template from working on sites that run PHP 7.2 or lower. It causes that same error you mention.
The issue has been reported here: https://feedback.givewp.com/bug-reports/p/multi-step-forms-do-not-work-in-php-72
Any progress moving forward will be posted there.
Glad you found a workaround but we don’t recommend editing plugin files. I’ll close this ticket now. If anything else comes up please open a new support ticket.
Have a great weekend!
