Infinite Scroll

I have used infinite scroll in my site and it is working perfectly on all the pages. But there is one small problem that I wanted to ask if some body can help me with that.

On one of the category pages, once new posts are loaded once I reach the end of page, sidebar also repeats itself and appears for the second time along with the posts. I don’t want sidebar to appear again and again with every set of new loaded posts.
