    Hey there,

so in Global Meta you do not have the option to check “index”. But on the single pages/posts you have the option to check “index” in the advanced tab. Is this necessary to check for each post?

    Hello @riverdave

Thank you for contacting the support.

You need to choose the default tab in the Global Meta values for any taxonomy to index.

Or you can keep everything unticked in the Custom tab so the taxonomy is indexed.

The default behavior is to index and one can change that from the custom meta tab.

Hope that helps. If you have any further question(s), please let us know.

So, why is there an unchecked “index” option in the custom tab if it’s on by default? Just wanted to let you know because it’s not there in the docs…

Oh and btw. when I’m already writing here: I use the Divi theme and the plugin does not recognize the alt-texts of the images. It always shows that there is no keyword in the alts, even so, there is.

    Hello @riverdave

You can safely ignore that, if something’s not selected, it means it is indexable.

We will update the knowledge base articles soon with newer details.

For the Divi’s issue, it seems like you must be using the modules to add those images. If so, then at this moment we do not support reading content from such modules as the content’s not saved in an HTML format.

But, we have plans of introducing the compatibility in the coming weeks.

We would seek your patience and understanding in this matter.

    Thank you.
