I have two questions:

1) Is there a way to index only certain pages? In my case, 65 pages were indexed, of which I wanted to search at most 20. If it were possible, it would increase the performance, wouldn’t it? Currently, I have discovered only one way to remove a pages from search, but not from index.

2) Does the premium version of Relevanssi increase the search performance?

There are two main methods, both of which are filter hooks:

– relevanssi_do_not_index
– relevanssi_indexing_restriction

Relevanssi Premium also adds a checkbox on the post edit page, where you can exclude the post from the index.

The performance should be pretty much the same for Premium and free. If you’re having performance issues with just 65 pages in the index, that does sound like a problem.
