Increase the gap between posts?

Hi Adam,

This works as a way of putting a division between posts, however it doesn’t seem to increase the space between posts.

If you have a look at this image (http://img145.imageshack.us/my.php?image=picture12pk0.png) who will see that my current problem is that the dividing line is going through ‘comments’ and the next post starts very close after that.
