We don’t sell anything here.
WordPress is free software, built and supported entirely by volunteers, and backed solely by donations to a nonprofit organization.
I recommend contacting support for the site you’re trying to purchase something from.
Who said I’m trying to buy something? i’m asking for help to disable the zip code validator. I mentioned Costa Rica because my website and the clients are located in Costa Rica
I made an educated guess, because you said absolutely none of that in your original message.
What plugin is providing this zip code validator you’re referring to?
Yes I did: “I’ve been trying everything to fix this issue and nothing works. This is a zip code from Costa Rica and it won’t recognize the zipcode from here in the checkout form.”
I’m tried hooks, tried checkout form editor plugin (can’t use it because it has issues with the theme). Nothing works. I keep getting the Invalid zip code. If I use a longer zip code number (a wrong one) it works.
Again, what plugin is providing this zip code validator you’re referring to?
WordPress by itself does not have a zipcode validation form, and WordPress itself will never ask for your zipcode.
I’m using this theme https://kivicare.io/
This is the website

Ok, since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://iqonic.desky.support
Forum volunteers do not have access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working correctly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you, but your best bet is your product’s developer. We encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
I can’t submit a ticket because this is the free plugin and they only help if you bought the pro version. They don’t answer on the forum neither. Is there a way to go back to the original Woocommerce checkout page? I’ve done more than 50 Woocommerce websites and this is the first time I encounter this issue.
Thanks for the help
