    Hi there! We have a paid plan, and when activated, the plug-in causes a major conflict with our theme – Uncode. It’s a fairly popular theme, but all settings are gone and images do not load properly, when the plug-in is active. Seeing about a solution. Thanks!

    This is Ioanna from Imagify and I’ll gladly assist you here!

    This kind of issue is happening due to the display WebP option when using <picture> tags. If you deactivate the display WebP option(Settings > Imagify) and clear your cache the issue will be fixed. The solution, in this case, is to choose the rewrite rules way to display your WebP images unless you are using a Cloudflare/ CDN.

    Ioanna from Imagify again!
    Just adding to my previous reply, can you please confirm that also the theme settings are broken when Imagify is turned on? If so would you be able to send us a screenshot so we could see how it looks like (as well as Imagify/Uncode versions so we could try to reproduce it)?
