    I noticed that guest users (ie users that took the quiz but are not registered in wp) results are stored in the db. So why not show them in the global leaderboard in case they provide their name and email through the user information form? Even better would be to add them as wp users, having both options would be the best fit.

    The functionality you are looking for is available in Quiz Maker > General Settings > Shortcodes > Global Leaderboard Settings, where you need to choose the “Group users by Email” option.
