• Is it possible to use only the lat and long coordinates? The fact I have to add an address which seemingly overrides the lat and log coordinates ruins my maps by making the pins inaccurate. Surely the address is superfluous if you have accurate coordinates, so the lat and long should be given precedent over the address field?

I am adding markers in the rural parts of the countryside, in areas which do not have accurate addresses thus the lat and long coordinates are my only option.

    Hi lakesbloc.
In plugin are 2 way to add marker.
    1. You can search address (then coordinates will be found automaticaly)
    2. Set marker with known coordinates(address will be found automaticaly).
If you know coordinates, you can just put them to form ,and marker will be placed with this coordinates.
You also can drag marker(move marker on the map and set it wherever you want) and coordinates will be found automaticaly.
Marker’s finally position give us coordinates.
If you want, you can leave address field blank and insert only coordinates, drag marker ,get your position and save marker.

    Best Regards

Thanks very much. I’m still having issues with adding just coordinates (i.e. your 2nd option) however, the drag facility solves my issues. Didn’t know this was possible.

    Thanks again for your response.
