Inability to Login

So I installed WP perfectly and I am able to get into the login page. The problem is, once I log in I get an error saying ‘page not found’

Another problem is the logo on top of the login page is not loading properly. It loads maybe the first 5 pixel rows and then just disappears into random noise for 10 pixels then nothingness.

I don’t know where to go from here.
