Impossible to validate checkout : error message fields emptyy

    Hi,

    I’ve an issue, it seems impossible to validate checkout. I’ve always error messages which tell me “Name field is required”. However those fields are well filled.

    You can try to buy it with check payment. I’m using Divi + foo events. I tried to deactivate Foo event + wp rocket, nothing changed.

    Hi there,

    Can you please check if switching to a different theme (e.g. StoreFront) resolves the issue?

    We highly recommend making this test using a staging version of your site, to avoid any additional issue in your original site.

    A staging site is a clone of your live site that you can make changes without worrying about risks. For this, you can use a plugin like WP-Staging.

    Hopes this provides clarity.

    Thanks for your answer.
    It worked with the storefront theme.

    I guess I have to ask Divi is they know where’s the issue come from.

    Just for information here is the divi support answer :

    “Unfortunately, this is a confirmed issue with the Theme Builder created Checkout page. However, our developers have already addressed the issue in the code and the fix will probably be included with the next Divi update 👍”
