import table from UTF-8 CSV files

    Hello,

    I am importing tables from CSV files.
    If the CSV file was created with the iso 8859-3 Latin character set, the imported table shows the accented characters (such as é or è) correctly.
    If the CSV file was created with the Unicode UTF-8 character set, the imported table shows the accented characters (such as é or è) incorrectly.

    Any hint ?
