Import a single category

    2 WP installs, both on independent domains at the same host – on the same physical server, actually.

    I want to move all the posts in the “industry” category at http://bob.ravensbeak.com over to http://www.funeralnewscentral.com. I have 177 total posts at the first site, but only about 53 in the “industry” category.

    Is there an easy way to do this? Can I safely edit the WXR file, or should I just suck it up, import the whole thing, then start deleting the posts I don’t want? Can I do this more easily in the database, using phpMyAdmin?
