Images – Remove Circle

I would like to know how to remove the circle around the images on my page: http://www.behealthybeyou.com/home/

I followed instructions on another thread and it made the images no longer clickable links. I want the images to be square, without the circle around them, and they should be clickable links. Any suggestions? Thanks so much!
