Hi,

I’ve used your plugin for more than a year (almost two) and it’s worked fine. Lately some images are simply not showing and there doesn’t seem to be anything wrong of the images itself and they are still in the media library as they should be. On most pages the images show fine, but not on these:

Please advise.

It is stated that your plugin is compatible with WordPress version 4.6 and higher (although just tested up to 5.7).

Dear @ingridventer,
Thank you for the report.
The galleries you have at https://thefrenchcountryhouse.com/accommodation/ are created with a third party plugin, not the 10web gallery one.

I dont see the gallery added at https://thefrenchcountryhouse.com/travel-information/.

Would you please try adding the galleries via shortcode? You can generate it from Global settings> general>generate shortcode: https://nimb.ws/aN2bQE
