@rounak – It looks like you are using the ImageBrowser to view the images from your Basic Thumbnail gallery but something is obviously causing a conflict and stopping the image from being rendered.
Have you checked if this is plugin related, or possibly theme related?

@rounak – again, try deactivating your plugins other than NGG and switch to a default theme to rule out other issues.
BTW, your other posts have been deleted. Being rude is not okay.

i have already done this, and you wont understand the frustration, we get our bread and butter from our website and we relay on this plugin and the plugin guys are not acting responsible, it may be easy for you to moderate and delete the post but you should think the same for us too
I totally understand being frustrated and I’m sorry you are having difficulties. But unless you can go through the troubleshooting process (and show that you are doing it), it’s very difficult for anyone to help you.
@rounak – I just looked at your site and it appears as though your are using shortcodes (which is fine) but because I can see them either you have NextGEN Gallery deactivated or as suggested before a conflict with another plugin or your theme.
If you wish to submit a Bug Report (http://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) we will try to help you sort out what might be causing this to happen on your site.
Thanks!
