Do you have problems with uploading images or futher displaying?

whenever the plugin is activated… I cannot upload images into the edit post section. When I deactivate it I have no problem. This has happened on three separate occasions after the updates are installed and each time one of your staff login and fix it. Therefore it is obviously a setting that I am missing and I would like to know how to fix it myself.

add_action(‘add_attachment’, array($this, ‘addContentImg’));
from file in plugin folder:
modules/products/mod.php
